Policies
Check-in
Please inform Raya 28 in advance of the time you expect to arrive. Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID and a credit card.
Check-out
Check-out must be done by 11:00.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. 1 child (1 year old) can stay at a cost of € 20 per child per night using cribs (if available). No extra beds have been added. The maximum number of cribs is 1.
Pets
Pets allowed upon request. A supplement may be required.
Cancellation
You can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, the cancellation penalty will be the total amount of the booking.
Payment
The total amount of the booking is charged at the time of booking. Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer.
